"My house was badly in need of deep cleaning so I called Rosie. She arrived with another person promptly at 10:30am and worked tirelessly until 7:30pm. The attention to detail includes vacuuming, floor cleaning, kitchen oven, stove top, bathroom tubs to counter, toilets, windows to doors and even the sliding door tracks were cleaned to a spark. How does placing a deposit work?

For new customers:

In order to confirm your first appointment with our cleaners we require a flat rate of $50. We will send you a form to make the payment for the deposit. After the clean we will charge you the remained of the quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do require a months notice in order to cancel an appointment. Otherwise we require a $50 cancellation fee. This payment can be made at the time of cancellation or it can be added to the following appointment. Note that two cancellations in a row will result in the next appointment being considered a deep clean.

We do this since our routine appointments are usually our only customer for the day. This means that late cancellations means that we have no work for the day.

Can I customize my cleaning service?

Absolutely! We understand that every home and office is unique, and so are your cleaning needs. Whether you need specific areas focused on, prefer certain products, or have special instructions, we’re happy to tailor our services to meet your expectations. Just let us know your preferences when booking.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, we’re happy to accommodate with products you provide.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access to their property so they can return to a spotless space. Rest assured, our team is fully insured, bonded, and trustworthy.

Why is the deep cleaning required for first time customers?

Deep cleaning is essential for first-time customers as it ensures a thorough and comprehensive sanitation of the space, addressing accumulated dirt and grime that regular cleaning may overlook, thus providing a fresh and healthy environment.

We also ensure that the cleanliness meets our high standards which takes time. If you book your deep cleaning with us, you become our only customer that day. We clear our schedule so that we have enough time to produce the results that our customers expect.

Why is the move in/move out package more expensive than the deep cleaning?

The move in/move out package is more expensive than the deep cleaning because it typically requires a more thorough and comprehensive cleaning process to ensure that every corner of the space is immaculate and ready for new occupants.

This package is unique since with no items in a house or apartment means that we can properly clean the insides of previously tough to access areas. This includes your fridge, cabinets, closets, etc.

What if I only want a few rooms or just the bathroom cleaned?

If you only require cleaning for a few rooms or just the bathroom, tailored services can be arranged to meet your specific needs without any hassle.

What is your 3 strikes policy?

We strive to leave your place as spotless as possible. Therefore we usually only have one customer a day to maintain our high quality.

Our 3 strikes policy means that if we have 3 short notice cancellations we will likely have to look for other clients. 3 cancellations means that we lost 3 days of work and in order to keep our costs as low as possible we do require customers to work with us to keep consistent appointments.
